As Partner, Principal, and Designated Broker, Michelle is responsible for operations oversight, transaction management, marketing coordination, and general back-office systems. Michelle has assembled a team of talented web and marketing designers and behind the scenes assistants which allows her to focus resources as needed to meet the diverse needs of each CIP client. Michelle has a 20-year background in administration, real estate and legal education, contracts, and operations management for regional commercial real estate firms. Michelle is a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon and Idaho and a licensed Designated Broker in Washington, as well as, a licensed Broker in Montana.
